  2. I've never been this involved in a tropical wave.
  3. It's nothing right now, nobody knows what will happen.
  4. This could be a dud or something huge or in-between. I think it will rapidly form into a cat 3 but we shall see.
  5. We have seen tropical storms go from nothing to a cat 4 in a day lately under the right conditions. I would not be surprised.
  6. It's noting now but could be huge. I remember Charlie in 2004 was nothing and came out of nowhere and was a small 155 MPH hurricane at landfall.
  7. Both Euro and GFS have a tropical system landfall at SC/NC Monday.

  9. I don't expect anything from these two tropical waves. They could become hurricanes but are likely out to sea.
  10. I mean that one coastal low should have been named. 6 inches of rain here and coastal flooding.
  11. Maybe we'll get something in October but it has been a bust of a season.

  13. It is a hybrid storm. 61 degrees all day here. VA Beach had 50 MPH gusts and over 6 inches of rain and it's still going on. It even had an eye as it was entering the Chesapeake Bay. It should have had a name.

  15. i have to give credit to NWS Wakefield. They stuck with their guns 8-12 hampton roads since Monday.

  17. the last time we got a snowstorm was January 5, 2018. It was a full scale blizard. any way, the southside got 12-14 inches and power outages the peninsula was 6-12
