    Makes me a little nervous to the south in Somerset Co. Going to be a big gradient between TTN and MMU.

    That’s funny. I know personal experience sleeping in our basement as a kid in GA because of tornadoes. And having insulation in our yard from a nearby tornado. I also had 10” in superstorm of 93 shut us down for a week. I use to video flurries as a kid. Again, Im complacent now but still a kid at 43!

    I moved to NJ from GA in 2004. I’ve become complacent already. I use to be ecstatic with flurries.

    The point being all the complaining can go away. If this pans out well, we’ve had really good snowstorms over the past 5 years. Btw, where’s snowman19? Had to say it. 99% lurker so I’ll head back to my lurker shed.

    Regardless I think we can say we will surpass the dud winter of last year in the next few days. We remain spoiled.

    The banding watching will be fun. Like in December when I watched the biblical band in NC PA head and pivot to the BGM area.

    It’s a weenie clown map but when in our region have we ever seen 52” output in a storm? Never!

    Guess I’m still excited because I grew up in GA and moved to NJ in 2004. Always loved snow but have become spoiled.

    Wright Weather, Eastern...many a late nights. Dialing into 56k to check NCEPs awful ETA/AVN graphics in the latest runs. Even in my 40s I still get excited.

    Not sure what ultimately will happen with snow amounts but I do predict likely time outs, weenie posts, and storm mode interruptions over the next few days. Honestly I love we have something to track given the negativity about this winter thus far before she even got rolling. Give me 4-6 right now and all is good. #lurker
