Impressive light show last night and still more heavy rain. I have to mow every three days at the rate the grass is growing, which is stupid in August.

Man was it miserable running with this humidity. Just zero evapotranspiration from the skin. I mean the sweat was squelching in my shoes after seven miles this morning.
