What I don't understand is why this is such a big surprise. Dew points were in the teens before this moved in! This happens EVERY time we have a set up like this, yet everyone seems "surprised" when it happens. I've been expecting sleet since Sunday night. Well considering NWS here in state college wasn't mentioning it for our area that is why I was surprised. But knew it might happened just wasn't expecting it. But knew it might happened just wasn't expecting it. Do we have to rely on just what the NWS says? That was my point.
