No place like upstate. Occasional big storm. Lots of smaller 4 to 8 inch events. And lots of lake snow. Even in its snowiest year it's a average season in rochester

Yes I saw him earlier tonite on fb. I mentioned ratios of 20 to 1. He didn't disagree. Also mentioned kuchera snow map from euro. Said it's scary. Didn't say snow amounts on it just said it has his attention

Nws in buffalo has 100 percent chance of snow heavy at times sat and sunday. Never seen that 4 5 days out.
