  1. Main snow pile this morning (about 6ft high), and then out back this afternoon, the one larger area of snow that should be gone by the end of this week. It's been a good bonus week of partial snow cover before our first real "thaw" from this not very cold ( but cold enough) winter.
  2. Had just a few flakes here, 37F currently.
  3. That must have sucked, lol. Probably contributed to you becoming a snowpile maker. Here, out front it's down to patches, the lower part of the back is still almost 50%, plus there's snow piles all around. A nice early March look. I'm thinking we'll all be good through the weekend with at least some snow hanging around, especially in shaded areas. Tomorrow's the only real melt day through Sunday.
  4. Prolly need to downsize your pics, I've had to do that to get it within that 1.95mb limit per attachment.
  5. Yeah I think it will be here a while, barring too many warm rains.
  6. Congrats! Not 100% coverage here, about 70%, but where there is snow it's about 5" deep down below, so that should get us to tomorrow which would be the whole month here as well. Not unhappy at all!
  7. 35 and moderate snow, just measured 1/2" on car tops. Big flakes at times. Nice!
  8. Getting light snow here, 38F dp 23. Wooohooo!
  9. Lol....I'm keeping an open mind. And have the snow lamp down by the kettle fire. I do realize we'd probably get rained on 1st even if we do get some snow, but it is Friday night after all.
  10. Yeah, it's why I didn't want to "not notice" it.
  11. Mesos seem to think some of us could see an inch or two of snow overnight 1st. Not so much down here, more north and west, but I'll have my snow goggles on a bit later. Currently 43F, dp 21.
  12. Need that low just off the coast and we'll be set for the 7th!
  13. Wowza, yeah January was dry here but I'm sure we had some rain. That's an impressive stretch.
  14. Does anyone remember when the last time was that we had straight rain (not as part of a frozen event)? Seems like it's been a while but not sure if one snuck in there early-mid month.
  15. In more ways than one. Thanks for sharing, lol. That was thoughtful of her!
  16. Yeah, 32F here, surprised it's cooled off this fast. We just came up from a kettle fire and petted it, it's got the glaze, lol. eta- nice moonlight tonight!
  17. Thanks, lol. Snow pile is hanging tough so far, plus he's got some shady brothers. I'm thinking we'll still have some grass coverage come Sunday, not sure about next week. Hopefully not too much rain over the weekend, for lots of reasons.
  18. The overnight temps above freezing means the snowpack doesn't get a break. Starting to see areas of green here, still have about 85% coverage with the deepest areas about 6" max. Still holding out hope to make it through Sunday to get the whole month in.
  19. I'm still holding out hope for some semblance of snow cover come March 1st. Other than a couple of spots next to a pine tree and a couple Yew bushes, things are solid here, mostly thanks to that Delco mix we got a couple weeks ago.
  20. Made it down to 32F here, 48 currently. Bright sunshine!
