We’re half way through met summer, hang in there!

Back in the late spring when everyone’s lawn was turning brown, Paul Pastelok at AccuWx said the NE would turn wet as we headed deeper into summer. I had my doubts but maybe he was on to something. Believe it or not but one of my neighbors is out there mowing. 77F/DP 75F

Fortunately the worst of the rain has skirted my area, about .60" for the day so far. Looks like the sun is trying to peak out as well. 74F/DP 74F

I was out and came home to wet ground, so something happened. My temp is down to 83F but the DP remains an atrocious 77F.

Full fizzle mode here. Ground damp, haven’t heard any thunder in a while. But it did drop my temp down to 74F.
