    I’m just trying to get some taller growing specimens. My yard isn’t huge. I planted an Armstrong maple early this year. Going for something tall and columnar.

    Bought a couple of Lombardy poplars to add some interest in my backyard. @tamarack @dendrite Anything I should be on the lookout for? Seems like they are extremely fast growing

    I was, but slept through most of it. Been a long weekend. Woke up to 2 huge crashes though. Wife said rain was impressive and there is wind damage everywhere. Cant believe we didn’t lose power

    Good amount of tree damage in my immediate neighborhood. Looks like a maple split in half in someone’s yard. Must have been some decent winds. Best storm of the year by far
