    I don’t think anyone is really being a downer, just being honest. Big ice looks incredibly localized, if it’s going to happen at all. Looks like a lot of rain for SNE and a mixed bag at best in CNE. This season has beaten the bag out of people. As far as snow goes, everyone knows where this threat is when PF is handwringing over 12” or 24”. If I was most folks, I’d hope the “thump” tonight has a few surprises

    Question for the car folks out there. On the truck I just bought I just noticed when the cabin lights are on (when it’s dark) the A/C button light flickers constantly. Is it a bulb, or something else?

    Glad no icing concerns down this way. I’ll enjoy me power and heat. We can handle the rain, we’ve seen plenty of it this “winter”.

    Like I said yesterday, and not even trolling, these threats this winter have gone the opposite of whatever way we need them to go. It’s just the reality of the situation. Sunday would have been a half decent setup, but of course, after one good run, it’s gone.

    Yup... heavy fade. These “events” this week were always a non starter down here... probably just moving that line north now. Good thing we had that rogue event the first few days of December otherwise we’d be looking at all time rat status

    These warranties also cover a bunch of stuff that your insurance policy covers, so you’d basically be paying twice for the same thing. They wanted like 1200 bucks for glass replacement with no deductible. I have that coverage on my insurance policy and I don’t think it adds up to that much money. I think that is a pretty standard coverage for most insurance in mass too, so I can’t imagine why’d you’d need to buy that.

    Yeah, not surprising. I think they make most of their money from add ons, fees, and selling warranty policies. I got a bunch of horror stories about this that and the other thing from the guy. I felt like saying, if this is all true, you should probably start selling better cars.
