  1. How much rain we talking tomorrow night and Tuesday? Enough to wash in the fertilizer and lime?
  2. Going to get some fert down today or tomorrow in anticipation of the rains.
  3. 92 today at poqouy brook in lakeville. Pretty difficult course…. Verrrrryyyy long
  4. Nice ricochet shot at ray, going to be a rough couple days for you. Looks fine end of wee though
  5. It looks like ass if you don’t. I skipped last year and it looked like Chernobyl by the end of last summer.
  6. What’s all this cold talk? Looks like a few days in the 50s but warming back up towards the end of next week
  7. It’s just a vicious cycle. Like someone mentioned earlier… it’s just the people who sold high having more money to put towards a new house, so it remains constantly high. So if you don’t have something to sell, you are really porked right now
  8. Spread 3 yards of mulch after work… good weather for that
  9. Can you explain the appraisal gap? Meaning, the house was appraised at 30k less than you offered?
  10. 56 and sunny here. Getting some more yard work done. Prepping for 4 yards of mulch for the long weekend
  11. Can I throw some seed down this week? Might be a little early but why not?
  12. I’ll probably hold off then if there’s a chance of damaging the trees.
  13. Bought March 2019 here, and boy am I lucky. Basically just had to sit and watch the value of my house skyrocket since.
  14. https://www.amazon.com/Jobes-01661-Evergreen-Outdoor-Fertilizer/dp/B000NJ1ZQQ/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=FHSLNHWNJ956&keywords=evergreen+fertilizer+spikes&qid=1649376754&sprefix=%2Caps%2C41&sr=8-3
  15. What can I fertilize the spruce witg when it comes? A fertilizer spike?
  16. I’m kind of impatient lol… the 3 foot Colorado spruce they are sending is already 5 years old. Im down for trying anything that looks good and gets decent size. To build my neighborhood, they just leveled the whole area. The only trees that are here are those stupid ornamental pears. Some people have planted some other small stuff, but I’d like something bigger
  17. Bought a Colorado blue spruce and a dawn redwood tree from an online nursery on Etsy of all places lol. Come about 3 feet tall, reviews are awesome….
  18. Right, everyone here is hunting huge storms, so for many folks east and southeast, the blizzard this year was an all timer.
  19. I don’t disagree with your points at all, I just think this entire forum puts a premium on high end winter events, and from me to you had an all timer. Retention was generally terrible, and outside of the bigger ticket events, we basically did not get much snow, so I understand that aspect of it. For me, I don’t weight retention much here. We usually don’t hold snow much. I place a much higher weight on bigger events
  20. I’m not sure how anyone who got 25+ inches in the blizzard can rate this winter below a B. That reeks of unrealistic expectations
  21. Shot an 88 today at Ridder farm. Not bad for first round of the year. Wind was really blowing, made for some ridiculous drives on holes where wind was too our backs.
  22. You can also envision a scenario where all it takes is 1 storm to come close to average here. So you an strikeout a lot, but still hit the grand slam when it matters
