  1. I thought it had peaked around 2pm..but the past 45 min or so was definitely more intense.
  2. These winds are INSANE. tons of trees down in this area. Part of my fence blew over..ugh
  3. Yea that was the 'behemoth'. Got like 2" in Warheam but could've been a monster if about 50 miles west.
  4. The GFS had it generally correct from six days ago at hour 162.
  5. If there was one thing I would definitely put all my money on, especially this winter, it's the anafrontal snows on the GFS at 144h. Lock it in.
  6. At this point, just hoping for some transient blocking and a perfectly timed wave in late Feb or March..but woof, what a boring stretch.
  7. Glad I stopped tracking this on Saturday. Day 6 threat has some legs, but hopefully it doesn't turn into Lt Dan like every other threat this year.
  8. GFS even colder than 12z for wave 2 initially. Though not sure if it ends up warmer for wave 3
  9. Wave 1 is colder, so not surprised. It's either or I suppose
  10. Gotcha. Was just referring to wave 1..that one never looked good down here Also has a redeveloping clipper around day 7.5
  11. GFS, pull. AWT. Pretty easy one to foresee..immediate coast can punt this one
  12. It's morphed into something we weren't really tracking, but either way it's minor. Don't care if its pinned that much
  13. The RGEM and HERPS has a signal for it too.
  14. There are still about 8 or 9 so big solutions..but was hoping for a few more adds vs 6z EPS. At least they didn't disappear though, telling me they are still on the table
  15. It's pointless to worry about precip type.. if it's rain that means it's a weak POS out to sea. If the potential is realized with respect to the northern stream phasing..it's snow.
  16. Or Ryan Fitzpatrick in Week 17
  17. It escapes before the digging northern stream can draw it closer. But seems pretty close
  18. Looking at the vort level on the 12z NAM, it's almost as if energy from the northern stream is splitting..one piece reenergizing the southern energy..while the other just heads east and refuses to dig. Not sure how likely that is..but not gonna cut it either way
  19. Northern stream was gross and southern stream was more solidified. Net result was a turd
  20. Would've been easier to toss if the EPS members weren't so zonked too.
  21. Looking at the 6z EPS, there were still about 7 or 8 big impact members remaining.
  22. Can someone post the individual eps members for 12z?
  23. To my amateur eyes, ridging looks worse through 84 hours.. so I'm not confident it's going to be a good solution.
