    God damn POS plow truck stuck in the driveway, went sideways. Tough with the wetness it just piles up in front, plus I should have pushed the existing banks back last night instead of having beers in the garage watching radar...... Lesson learned I guess. Folks 2 miles west said power flickering.

    Nice. Good snow here, sticking to my driveway, about 1/2" I'd say in some spots. Radar looks tight. Stealing others snow, just what I wanted.

    Whatever model shows the least amount is probably what we should go with. Notice how Tippy is awfully quiet.

    I think their elevation is a little lower though, there's still that one big hill on RT 2 to go up. You know, the one that ends at the drug rehab place? There's a Rodeway Inn in Westminster.... But I wouldn't stay there. Colonial Inn probably best bet, or an Air BNB in downtown.

    Yeah I'm not far from right where RT 2 hits 1000', so I'm typically right on edge of the good stuff. My folks are a couple miles west with another 150'+ or so of elevation. Makes a difference. In my experience the change over typically happens at the drug rehab place on RT 2. 12" is not that crazy, but 24"+ is wild, especially if it's glop. That's for the berks though. We good for keeping power.

    Well we ever see consensus or will it be nowcast?

    I mean it literally happens every spring. When work was in FIT it would be a couple inches of glop, and then at my house 6 miles away it would be 8". It happens once every spring season. I think there's just so much more moisture involved this time, so it's more pronounced. Hubb knows.

    That was the worst I've seen in 11 years here. The ice and then heavy snow on top. 6-10" of glop will be nothing compared to that.
