  1. We know the NAM is on some serious crack...enjoy that stripe of 8 to 10 @Bob Chill
  2. I want to be as optimistic as you, but it's hard considering what Monday looked like earlier this past week. I'm interested to see if this is just the usual GFS blip and/or will other 12z runs show something similar. I'm thinking it's a blip and the next run will be vastly different.
  3. That was a fun run. In 6 hours, we'll be approaching 50 with some showers. Why can't this all new solution show up at 96 hours vs 192 hours
  4. Well, we got a 980 kissing Norfolk and......light snow across the area.
  5. Probably won't get the job done not because it's too warm..but it looks like the trough is too neutral and it's probably gonna swing wide right south of us. But I mean, at this point, I'd take this map and run with it.
  6. Yup, first thing I noticed. And the digging s/w
  7. Check the H5 map. It's a wholly different solution
  8. So the GFS...looks..kinda interesting at 156?
  9. Yeah, it's not good. Good thing is, we know it's going to change a million times.
  10. Yup..was just about to post. Upper level, especially up North is not going in the right direction. This run looks like a rainer. Might even cut
  11. I'm already past Monday. Looking ahead...GFS at 162..that sw out west is looking more sharp/amped up vs 6z. Not sure if that's good or bad attm
  12. Almost as bad as the one started by Earthlight aka John Homenuk. Dude literally snuck around here like a weasel poaching members off through PMs. The kicker? He was a moderator here while doing it.
  13. Yeah, just noticed that. It's a clear trend toward the more suppressed models.
  14. It’s the only one that far NW. either it’s a pioneer or pure carp
  15. I'd pay good money (which for me is about $25 gift card to Walmart) to have that Low up north about 500 miles wester.
  16. Goes to heavy rain after a meh front end light snowathon. The usually areas up north are in a nice snow still.
  17. Yup. We were joking earlier but we might have to start worrying about suppression, lol
  18. CMC made a good shift south vs 0z as well. Still not the flush hit we want, but a good signal.
  19. Solid cartopper I guess. HRDERPS was only off by like 9" here.
  20. Stormtracker Laws of Weather, Law 3: The Euro only caves to the gfs when it shows rain or a miss for us.
