  1. Didn't they have good hits 8 days ago too? Folks, this all is the beginning of my origin story as a villain. Turning the corner on this suck ass winter.
  2. I'm good on that. Gym today, know my supplements. I'm good. Literal tired and figurative are two different things. I'm all stocked up on the latter unfortunately.
  3. I try to be the most positive person here. I try to encourage, to keep us hanging on. Today, I got nothing. No speech, no motivators, no nothing. I'm tired (keeping you informed IronSalTy). There's just no.....HOPE.
  4. How have the ensemble forecasts been treatin' us the last 4 weeks? How has that worked out for us?
  5. Meh..6z was better in terms of area coverage and intensity. looks good for Central /South VA tho
  6. Yeah, it's definitely norther...snow is trying to get going. Snow starts at 144
  7. Definitely further north than 6z so far out to our west. Let's see what does in a sec
  8. Yup, confluence is shifted a bit further north with each panel, so maybe a more northern push to the precip?
  9. Less amp'd than 6z at 111hrs now ETA, but confluence shifted a tad norther over the East
  10. First wave shows up on the GFS with some light snow on the doorstep from about DC south
  11. Ah, that's right, the CMC did have that solution. I still have hope for a blend. A NEW HOPE. See what I did there? Sophisticated humor is my forte.
  12. I think the ICON is the only one showed this pumped up solution? Or was there other guidance? We'd like a blend of this and the southern scrapers.
  13. I thought so too! I never understand the bit of gloom and doom around here sometimes. It's like we're looking at two different set of models.
  14. Man, I just saw some of the pinkied (hidden posts). I blushed. And I'm black. At any rate, I think we ALL have a shot next week. I'm not so pessimistic anymore tbh
  15. Orientation of precip is a bit better on the 18z vs 12z for the second wave. Still dry over us for now. Not at the relevant time frame yet
