Steady, but very light, freezing drizzle for past few hours in N. central Baltimore county. Just a very thin glaze, though paved surfaces seem pretty slick.
It's wild how sharp the cutoff seems to be here. I'm less than 10 mi. north of 695, and it's been moderate to (occasionally) heavy snow for almost 2 hours.
Size of flakes has increased dramatically and it is now puking snow. Quickly approaching 2" mark. Truly remarkable just how massive some of these flakes are.
The band that just came through central Baltimore county put down some nice (relatively) fat flakes before tapering to a finer, though very steady, snowfall that's still going.
