I didn't see it written that it was on grass. If that is the case then I suppose so, but if someone is measuring for a weather weenie, I am not sure why they would hit up the grass.
That's odd. You can see what the ruler says. Does this mean that in your mind you round down other measurements that people put on here?
I would be fine with a measurement across the street if that is all I had while away. My daughter used to do some for me.
