Our group planning to base out of Munising to ride the 23rd, 24th and 25th. Looks like some mild temperatures around that time so I'm thinking loose fitting/shed the layers the way to go as the day warms up.

46 degree truck temp heading north across the state line under clear, starry skies with some gorgeous lightning on the northern horizon.

I left sled out tonight. Definitely will get a dawn patrol ride in tomorrow. Who knows what November will or won't bring but I will be able to officially say I've ridden in six separate calendar months in 2019, with one more likely to go, without having to haul west or north.

These were taken about 8:23 p.m. CST at 37,000 feet. I believe this is what is hitting St. Louis area now.

Pilot got on after passing these to say he was dodging next group of developing cells in central Illinois.

As we deplaned he commented that he wished he had time to snap a few shots. Unfortunately mine were taken from the aisle seat.

Our flight from Houston to ORD with a 5:51 departure time delayed an hour. They say it is an air traffic control delay due to expected weather. Gotta be a pretty standard preemptive thing. Would be neat to get a view of some boomers from up top.
