Nice inch of snow. Still coming down lightly. Looked beautiful when out walking the doggo earlier.

39/26 and sleet started about 15 minutes ago.  Was outside with the doggo when it came in.  Fun to listen to the sound of it hitting leaves in the woods getting louder and closer.  Good stuff.

Temp down to 35.  Flakes mixing in with the rain as the back edge is approaching.  0.0" snow.  Thanks 3K NAM.

As expected 39 and light rain.

Yep, temp has been all over the place depending on the wind direction.  Looks like they briefly hit 72.

Great heavy, wet snow event.  Went and knocked snow off the red maple branches shortly after these pics as they were bowed down to the ground and looked ready to snap.

Up to a balmy -2 off the low of -8.  Looking forward to a nice hike later today.  Nothing wrong with dry and cold.

-2/-23 all the way down here.  Even KGON is down to 1.  Fun stuff.

Interesting morning.  Rain and 36 when the wife left for work @ 5:30am.  Now down to 32 and a light coating of snow on everything except the roads/blacktop. 

Looks like more snow on the way per radar.  Wonder if I'll be able to add .5" to my yearly total.

1.25" final here. Interesting to see just a mile down the road and 200' lower in elevation there's basically nothing on the ground or cars.

I suppose there's just something more magical this time about looking up into the darkness of a 36F winter sky and feeling those tiny dots of moisture burst all over my face.  I can't quite put my finger on it though.
