    Just moved out of downtown DC after nearly 10 years. Got a sweet little cape cod just south of Alexandria. Probably going to be a contributor to deck pics coming this winter (with or without snow) Until then, enjoying this nice little thundershower. .

    I thought it was lightning but no strikes showing on radar in that direction. I could be wrong but don’t know what else it would be. Clear view of the horizon.

    Read that down-sloping would limit initiation for a while until closer to i95 corridor. HRRR lights up in next 2-3 hours.
