    global ocean temps from previous super el nino were cooler then what is forecasted to be this year super el nino. the 82 one global ocean temps were much cooler then normal..

    not liking this weather i actually had to wear my hoodie opened today it was 70 when i went out this morning that is the normal low for the end of july.i saw many people wearing just shirts..

    the temps overperformed today then what was expected expected high was suppose to be 65 in the city..

    even when i went out this morning temps mid 30's with less wind it did feel kinda warm wearing a hoodie coat hat and gloves..
