He loves that garbage can tussling wind. Especially coming off the wide open Susquehanna River. I'm not a big wind fan either. Not looking forward to those bone chilling winds.

Nws is talking about a wind event next week gusts over 40mph.

Temp went from 51 to 41 in an hour with rain going sideways with wind.

1.35 of rain here. Also had ac on in the bedroom to sleep last night.

Just beautiful 64 at the noon hour. Wish this weather would stick around for the next few months

70 for the high today. Just to give everyone a perspective on how much sun I get at my place now. This morning I didn't see the sun until 8:02 am till it peeped over the mountain. And at 3:12 it's gone down behind the trees and a hill. As we get closer to winter I'll get less sun.

30 this morning. Another "Indian summer" day today.

After several hard frost in a row with Temps in the 20s these leaves on the trees (especially the Maple trees) just aren't dropping. They seem to be turning a shade of brown instead of yellow. I hope they are not freeze drying on the trees. That happened several Years ago. Some remained on the trees till spring and some fell during the winter, creating a mess that had to be raked up in winter. There's nothing like having shade from a tree in the middle of January with Temps in the teens.
