Just started Schitts. Really good.

I hope mask mandates eventually go away, but, in the future, I would love to see people mask up in public places when they know they’re sick, even if it’s just the common cold. Common courtesy. Ain’t gonna happen, but I can dream.

I bet by June, barring any large scale changes, we’re seeing full capacity returning and limited or no masks. California will be the real catalyst, giving cover to other governors.

I was only in the office 1 day per week pre-COVID. Traveled around 7-10 nights per month though.

Like @RUNNAWAYICEBERG said. Keep grinding away. My older brother was in a similar spot. Similar type job that paid a decent wage, but he maxed out. He didn’t want to be there long term. So, with two young kids and a wife working full time, he finished his degree at night. He graduated in December, started applying for long term substitute positions. He just passed all of his MTELs, and will likely be offered a full time teaching position in the fall. He loves it. He’s 34 and just is getting to where he wants to be.

My 24 year old brother just quit a good paying white collar job that he got out of school because of the WFH regime. Quit and is landscaping for now.

Friday looks pretty good too.

Nope. I read the cancelation policy in a way that meant I’m covered in the event of a June postponement. Apparently, postponement in June doesn’t equal a cancelation.

Half marathon in Portland got moved from June to October. No refund though since it was postponed and not canceled.

7/4/09 was pretty terrible too. Like 50s and pouring rain terrible.
