  1. My cousin owns a 2 door, manual transmission Wrangler with massive off road tires and loves it. He’s up in NH every weekend, so it suites him well. Those Wranglers do hold their value since they do have a loyal following. Not the most practical car, but it certainly evokes emotion.
  2. The CX5 is a nice vehicle too. I would only spend V60 money if the reliability is still there and I’ll be able to drive it hard for a good 10 years at least. I own a Jeep now and I know I’ll have some issues within a year or two.
  3. Which Volvo model? Are the new ones still as reliable as the old ones now that it’s owned by a Chinese company? The newer V60 CC T5 looks so, so good.
  4. MA is banning the sale of NEW gas powered cars by 2035. My car is 3.5 years old. I’ll probably keep it at least another 2.5-3 more years. If incentives are still there or better, I may consider early adoption for my next car...
  5. Yes, second shot. I had nothing but a sore arm for half a day after the first shot...luckily, around 9-10am, the fever and aches broke. Just went for a 6 mile run and now feel fine.
  6. LOL. Back to over 100F. 40 hours out.
  7. Back down to 97.8. Now I just feel like I have a good hangover. About 24 hours out...
  8. Congrats! Not too bad for a delivery boy.
  9. Body aches and chills come in waves too. Hoping I’m back to normal by tomorrow.
  10. Pfizer as well? Hit me pretty well. Woke up at 3:30AM with a fever, aches, and chills. Subsiding now.
  11. Good luck. I took an acetaminophen and a nap and now it’s back my typical 97.8F. Still a pounding headache. Got up to 102.2F and I had enough even if the guy at CVS said you want that response for highest efficacy.
  12. 101.8F. I feel certain that I’m done with COVID for a long time after the next two weeks.
  13. Shot 2 yesterday. Woke up with a temp of 100.7F. First fever since I was probably 10.
  14. Had to go to Haverhill for my second shot. Nice stripe of rain right there.
  15. No leaves on the oaks here. Buds appearing. Buds and small leaves on the maples and smaller trees.
  16. Fauci just stated that we may be all set within a few weeks based on our current progress.
  17. Yup. As a little kid, I was always barefoot. Now, as a grown a$$ man, if I step on a pebble barefoot, I crumble like a house of cards.
  18. Not to fall into a rabbit hole, but if they were TRULY frightened, I'm betting that you probably wouldn't see them out in public on a sidewalk to begin with. EDIT: Finally ditching the neck gaiter when I'm out for a jog! I'll probably go back to using it to protect my face against the cold in the winter months.
  19. Maybe a common sense approach going forward? Wear a mask if you’re sick and have to be out in public. If sick and you can stay home, stay home until you’re better. I’d be fine with stigmatizing the “warriors” that go to work or school sick as a dog. Again, if you don’t have the ability to stay home, that’s when you should mask up. Don’t be coughing and sneezing on everyone on the train or bus.
  20. My little cousin is getting married on New Year’s Eve. Fingers crossed we’ve beaten this thing down by then.
  21. Just think...probably under 6 months to go until your next wintry scene like that one.
  22. I haven’t come down with any type of cold since Spring 2019. I usually get one bad one a year that knocks me out for at least a few days.
  23. I couldn't get those conditions in the heart of winter the past few seasons. Maybe 12/17/20 was close.
  24. India is a hotbed right now. This may soon come down to a rich vs. poor country disease. Maybe even rich vs. poor region disease.
