    A week later the area received 4-8" of snow on Thanksgiving. Snow began the night before and ended Thanksgiving morning with NYC recording 4.7" of snowfall. A Crazy November, of course the winter of 89-90 was fairly snowless if I remember correctly.

    Since June 1st I have had 7 days where the temp has reached 90 or above here. I expect to add on at least another 4-5 days over the next week or so.

    Tropical system or remnants on the east coast (specifically the northeast US coast).

    This is just an early guesstimate, but I think landfall will occur between Miami and Vero Beach Florida early Monday morning (2 am - 8 am) as a cat 4-(5??) then emerge out in the GOM with a secondary landfall in the western Florida panhandle as a cat 3-(4??).

    Since May I have had 32 days with a temp of 90 degrees or above here thru August 26th with most of the days occurring from late June thru July.

    I actually think this October will feature some high wind events in the mid-atlantic and northeast. As far as one specific storm I think it will be a major nor'easter that will get things started for the fall and winter months.
