I'm not so sure about the moderate. I can see it pixie dusting, but not sure about real deal accumulating snow unless there is some backbuilding and pivoting - which very well may happen.

The RAP has had this band forming around 5 am that pivots through. It will probably be the MD folks, but 6 am to 9 am looks like it could be something. HRRR running now. It hasn't really caught on yet

yeah...it was late Feb and 32 most of the day. it dropped to 29-30 later in the day and that's when the good accumulation happened.

These designations are based on viz, so sometimes I'll say "steady light" to distinguish between accumulating snow and a flizzard or pixie dust
