Euro has been crap IMBY this year- I just take whatever it shows and divide by five, that’s usually what the end result is.

Hate to say this, but the Euro hasn’t verified IMBY at all this winter, while the GFS has been more accurate. I’m just saying...

I was supposed to do the usual halftime report but forgot. I think @RodneyS is gonna claim the snow measuring was rigged and demand access to the airports as they count the flakes. God help us if he’s the runner up. BWI can’t get it done this year so I’m kinda liking @Cobalt as of now. I’m just hoping for my 4th consecutive top ten.

Yeah, I have family in Glen Burnie who just confirmed the shutout to me. Even DCA got 0.3”- it’s like it snowed in every other direction. Awful...

Updated: BWI: 6.2" (wtf? how did they only get 0.1" today!?) DCA: 3.8" IAD: 10.1" RIC: 4.3" @Clueless is finding every way possible to hold onto the lead.

Snowing hard here again- I think we’ll make 2” when all is said and done, so LWX’s advisory should verify here.

I’m already enjoying this one more than last week- I love paste bombs. Looks like we’re at about an inch (haven’t measured yet).

I’ve fully changed over to snow- streets and sidewalks are wet but it’s sticking to the grass already.

Hopefully this stops all the GFS hate- it’s been the most accurate IMBY for the last two storms.

Ford sedan transmissions are all shit- I could write several pages about all the issues my 2010 Fusion gave me. Eventually had the throttle body replaced under warranty a year after buying the car. It left me stranded several times, unable to accelerate (Ford Inc. finally admitted it was a failure years later and did a recall for all the cars). Every Fusion owner I know from that time period wound up with major transmission problems. My mom bought a 2013 Fiesta and still has transmission issues. I still have the car, but Ford will never get my money again, regardless.

Someone can correct me if this is wrong but I think they post a warning if any spot in a county has the potential- so like if most of AA county is expected to be 2-4”, but a few areas could jackpot to 5” under a band, they go with the warning instead of the advisory.

Surprised LWX went to WS Watch cause my point and click is only for 2-4” now. I skimmed the GFS and Euro and it didn’t seem like a WSW event (but maybe I’m wrong).

I haven’t followed models at all- how we looking down here? I see NWS calling for 1-2” in my point and click.

That map is missing a lot of spotter reports from Calvert and St. Mary’s on Sunday (including mine). Since most of us got very little yesterday and today, we didn’t bother sending in updates. It looks like they didn’t use any of the Sunday reports and just pulled the few Cocarahs obs from the PNS report this morning instead. Most of those were too low (especially for St Mary’s).
