Yes...a nice weekend to open windows, except for Maytown he will have the ac set at 40. I'm going to keep the positive vibes going. We only have 213 days, 8 hours and 24 minutes until the first day of fall!

To be honest your assessment of historic is more accurate than mine. Im bias to snowfall amounts. I know that's not all to consider for historic.

No doubt historic for sure! For me October snow for the lsv is extremely rare. I've seen snow in April many time, not always huge amounts.

Yea much later date but 2018 doubled that amount. If you go back and look at that thread, you actually posted it was record snowfall for Lancaster county.

Yea...the first week of March last year was a lot of fun! I think we gave the storm bubblers name. Lol

March 20 and 21, 2018 was the best spring snowstorm for me hands down. It was a two part storm. I ended with 18.7 inches of snow.

This will be the last time I will post about this subject. I'm willing to bet you have less than one foot of snow this year. The digital snowfall maps that have been posted this year have probably given you ten times more than that. Why would anyone want to post such garbage! I'm not the weather police, so post away.

I believe posting a 500mb map 10 days out is much better than a digital snowfall map.

You don’t even need to go out to day ten. Just go out a day most times and it’s terrible. I have kept count before and it really is ridiculous! I think it is a couple hour fix for the weenies, until they get to the next model run!

Could not agree more. Last weekend the wife and I took a 45 minute walk and it was 16 below. It felt great to be out in that. If you dress for it, you will be fine. The people in Alaska do it every year.

Yea...a lot people just like snow and not the cold. How the hell does that even work? Give me snow and cold!

A winter like this one makes you appreciate the good ones. If you ask me we have been quite spoiled here in the lsv. God forbid we have multiple winters in a row like this! I think some of the younger crowd would have a full meltdown.
