Wild day at OC today.  Saw a small waterspout (photo below), then chaos ensued at the beach when the leading edge of the storm came through (video below)imageproxy.php?img=&key=20fe2b78d4e66dff

I think I heard that it was this that blew over a lifeguard stand that killed one man.

Personally mby and all of Carroll Co doesn't really need the rain( July was wet ) . And I can speak for Northern Baltimore county + Frederick Co as well . I've had jobs in all these locations the past few weeks and ponds, creeks are at or above normal summer levels and everything is real green except isolated patches of brown grass here and there ...and mostly that's lawns that were scalped too too short ..I'll never understand why someone would cut the lawn to the dirt almost ( wait a minute..who am I kidding...I know the answer lol). I just like to see a old fashioned thunderstorm roll through.  Just had to stop back home for some parts and the ground is wet so a light shower must of came through ( .02) on the VP2.

    69/68 currently

That must be in Northern Frederick Co. I am in the SW and we could really use a good soaker down here.

  4. When oh when will this weather pattern change. Spent the day in the ER on Tuesday for a Migraine that would not allow me to even keep water down. Still causing me problems with my head and neck. I at no time felt like this on our trip out West. Have a massage today and that will help but can this soup just move on out already. :(

Starting to get some firing along an outflow boundary in southern Frederick county

That cell that is just east of downtown Frederick just put me over an inch. 1.33” currently.

  6. Also just heard on the scanner that Northbound 270 was just opened at the County Line and they are working on clearing Southbound 270 at the County Line. That was the area that was warned.
