    Nice and steady...simply just a winter day. Better than it just being like a regular day around here. I'm enjoying it plus my call from a few days ago is looking solid for both locations

    Just got back from walking the dogs...light snow every flake sticking quick dusting. My heart rate is slow and steady...ahhhh
