    Wind picking up and temperature drop is quite noticeable...sitting on the front porch of course

    The cell west of IAD appears to be moving west which matches my Cloud movement comment

    Cloud movement and direction shifted from moving sw to ne to almost east to west. Some really close lightning and lots of grumbling no additional rain yet

    So weird it's like the rain is in waves heavy in the distance then it rolls through rinse and repeat. Reminds me when I was a kid and it was raining in my front yard but not my back. Pretty cool actually

    Lighting strike and thunder simultaneously and some big ole fat drops of rain spaced out...odd....feeling like it's about to open up hopefully

    Something i find interesting is even though it rained hard for a decent amount of time once it stopped the pavement dried up almost immediately

    Just had a quick follow up burst that was more intense but less in duration than the first one. Good to see it can still rain here

    Temp down to 81 just missed the brunt of it but it came down nicely for a bit
