  1. No offense to anyone but in my opinion, the sref plumes are only helpful when in the middle of a fast changing situation....fringe situations are usually false hope. But seriously, no offense...just what I have learned from experiences. Losetoa's hotdog says it all. LOL. My favorite plume is below:
  2. Big game hunting during that period. Many of the needed elements are there. Op shows moisture as well. We have missed several similar situations over the last 4 winters I have been back so not assuming the best but watching just the same. There was a situation late last winter where a very sharp trough dug down into Florida and the n/s and s/s both offered juicy options that could have easily turned into a Jan 16 situation. Ended up sunny. Lol.
  3. They have a snow depth map which is based on the previous days of course.
  4. It is but things are changing with these runs. I was joking about the MA weenies trying to jump on the northern and southern streams literally interacting but its not becoming as far fetched now.
  5. Nothing makes us all feel better than being called grasshopper. Ha.
  6. It's been a very positive happy hour on all runs.
  7. We still get a decent event there. Actually somewhat similar to the Rgem.
  8. And not a ton of bagginess/reformation to its east.
  9. And I laughed for a min when I read his words! Am still laughing.
  10. 3K has a bit of a different evolution with random LP points (so weak its hard to pin down) but does end up with a deform band over (or very close) training as well.
  11. Well that is a bunch of BS right there. Why does he always get more snow than me?
  12. You just brought your first namming in for a landing.
  13. Well damn, I am going to take some credit. Already phasing talk in the MA forum. LOL. Our first namming in quite some time.
  14. Back to 0Z Euro from Monday though not quite as far north. So much for the "N/S wave will kill" theory.
  15. It's a N Ga slider now....was a S Miss Slider at 12Z
  16. It is North and more juiced as to moisture.....
