  1. Yea, it closes off and goes negative a bit too early for the LSV and near group. It's a Tim special.
  2. Also this....grabbed from MA. Would be a better look for the eastern LSV vs Op.
  3. Thanks, average wise probably a tad east of the op but still nothing there to debunk the Op.
  4. It will be on the MA board pretty quickly. Doubt is an issue if you copy over with credit.
  5. I do not get it to the degree that you want. I am a cheapo. All I can see is the freebie's. I think Blizz gets it somehow. And maybe Losetoa. Maybe anotherman?
  6. Going to chip in here and say your post is spot on. I do not see the off runs but the change in the Euro from yesterday's 12Z and 0Z run, to today's 12Z run is crazy. And its not just ground truth snow, its everything including the 500mb maps, spacing and a MUCH slower evolution. The SLP was 100-200 miles off the SE coast at 18Z Sunday, on the Euro 24 hours ago, now it is on the GA/AL line. So one more drastic push west ala the Gem is certainly not a stretch. Just a slight change in the trough.
  7. 2PM and only 20 degrees here. Impressive. Saw a note from Tim, on the Pitt board, that resonated with me. Imagine getting a 1-2 foot base of snow and a cold pattern does really set in as many models depict. Real winter!
  8. Definitely a boon for interesting weather. I am staying cautious this far out as to who I speak with but I expect the general public to be well read on it this next AM. Grocery stores will start getting packed. And check this out...the guy at @sauss06 's work would look like a genius!
  9. You and I want both the Gem and GFS to fall more into line with the 12Z Euro! (I know, 5 days out LOL)
  10. Oh yea, as depicted on the GFS and GEM (really inland on Gem) this is a whopper of a storm even if its impacts are more central and Northern Eastern US.
  11. It is indeed what interior MA snow lovers dreams are made of as to a track. Not sure it's March '93 as to it's affects Eastern US wise. March '93 caused snow and severe freezes in Florida.
  12. Yea, if one does not want to stay up late. Just thought they may move it to Saturday or Monday based on the expectation of it not being a close game.
  13. I was surprised to see it is the Primetime game Sunday.
  14. I told someone else that it would not at all surprise me if they beat the Chiefs. The Chiefs have more dynamic talent, more speed, but they have played some very bad games this year. I would not put any hard earned money on it but it is what the Steelers do when successful. Make the game boring and plodding.
  15. The Canadian got to 96 hours, closed off the vort, and then shut it down and left it up to everyone's imagination.
  16. I think it was actually half full glasses of water...or is it half empty?
  17. They do not have any home games left so they can just stay on the road :-)
  18. I look at it as a sign of trends but I agree with you that its not great for forecasting off. If everything said one thing and the Icon said something else, the Icon is probably wrong 99% of the time. But if the GFS shows one thing and only the Icon agrees, its an interesting convo to suggest other models are seeing a similar progression.
