  1. Oh, that is not an issue my friend. You would be sitting on 2+" of wet gold by this point, it was something else.
  2. @paweather, take a gander at this map...what do you see?
  3. The GFS is an extreme jump in the wet direction and not overly well supported but I guess that is what the deal will be tomorrow...there is a risk for heavy rain on the periphery of that lows flow. Thur-Sun is all very scattered afternoon cells on the GFS.
  4. Not nearly as much for Western Adams but .5 to 1" for Eastern...but again trying to pinpoint how a close to cut off SLP exactly moves is up for guessing.
  5. It is running now and very wet for tomorrow. Has rain chances in the LSV every day into mid next week...with this Thursday being the driest.
  6. I would not count them out yet. The Royals series was a big blow but if they are within 2-3 games in the final two weeks, they have a shot.
  7. Early Nooners. 74 and Mostly (High) Clouds. Feels nice out.
  8. Maybe Carpet Mart would feel more secure in making a call on that that Longer Ranger? Sox better pick up a few games before then to make that game meaningful.
  9. Boy, if we take what the GFS says it might be the opposite as to real weather. Big picture....a fairly moderate upper air pattern is being replaced by a trough at that point.
  10. I do not know specifics but it was generally built on and around the site of the old Capital Centre. The Channel you cheer for...Home Team Sports.
  11. I used to see friends come back from games at the Swamp in Sept (Florida) and it was not good. They looked like they had been running a marathon in the sun. There are always dozens of medical emergencies during those games.
  12. What now? You know where it is located. Where you used to go to your Flyer away games.
  13. Imagine going to Met Life stadium and it being in the mid 90's. Some angry NY'ers.
  14. It is pretty cloudy here but high clouds. HRRR still suggesting showers this afternoon but keeps moving them a bit North and West AND some too far east of you. Tomorrow the Eastern LSV gets back into the cyclonic flow of the SLP pushing into New England so a better chance.
  15. Early season daytime games could get ugly.
  16. Flo-Rida is still decent for 3-4 months a year as of now.
  17. So, about those plans to retire to Florida. Ironically the first map on this link looks a lot like this summer where as the LSV has avoided the extreme heat. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2022/08/15/first-street-report-shows-climate-change-bring-us-more-hottest-days/10299232002/
  18. LOL, yes. Was just kidding along with the theme of TV pitchmen. Ollie likes to sell his share of flooring as well.
