    If my DB inquiry is giving me good info, MDT has only had two days where it has failed to reach 20 on Christmas. 1980 and 1983. The coming cold has muted a bit but still a potential MDT does not reach 20 this Sunday.

    Here is the 18Z GFS take on the back end action. Just have to laugh. From plowable to negligible for most of the LSV but trainer por near him bags 2.2 and paweather scores!.

    If it helps any, my snow shovel is in the shed which is a decent walk from my garage re: not expecting to use it any time soon. Would not surprise me to see CTP pop a Flood watch for Eastern LSV.

    Flood watch for the Lehigh Valley and far S/E PA. Guess those creeks being over normal are going to cause an issue.

    Maybe get insurance to pay for it if missing shingles means damaged. Roofs are super expensive right now....shingle prices.

    I was confused, I thought one of the previous posters said there was a play that was ruled no catch. I always thought the Immaculate reception was obviously a catch and had hit a Raider and Franco caught it. I see now there is some controversy both about who it hit and whether it hit the ground. Sorry....

    It's accum map for part one seems very inflated like many other systems this season so far. I am nothing thinking I get 5-7"

    I did not realize this happened until your post. I read the ESPN article that said no reason was given...was he ill in any manner, beyond normal age issues, if anyone knows?

    Thanks @CarlislePaWx, I was curious to see if at least one model was showing plus 50 for the gusts. Windy but not crazy windy compared to the last few years. I do not have any subscriptions to model sites and none of the ones I used let me see the gust panels.

    Maybe the new GFS out in an hour or so will be different.

    The HRRR has the front/temp drop through much of LSV before 7AM Fri. Temps are already below freezing from slightly west of MDT and back at that point Not much of a flash freeze though. Rain had stopped before midnight for the most part. Guess some roads could still be wet but 6-8 hours of drying time.

    12Z HRRR starts snow in the Western LSV around rush hour tomorrow...does get some snow into Lanco but just far northern parts. Punches rain into Franklin fairly quickly.

    If someone has access to the gusts predicts on the Nam or Euro, would be great if they could let us know what it says...I understand you cannot post the actual panel. @Blizzard of 93? Here is what I am referring to on Pivotal but guessing it is similar on other sites.

    Congrats to everyone taking on the word anafrontal. The spell checker does not like it but also does not like the word if you add an L after the second A, which I accidentally did a couple years ago, and got jokingly reamed by several for the faux pas! I now skip that word. LOL.
