  1. A frosty 29 here this AM. Cold for parts of the LSV West of the Susky. Rgem says East of the river gets theirs tomorrow AM before Spring returns.
  2. Looks like Nasa used Tropical Tidbits to map the path. https://www.yahoo.com/news/calculations-raised-concerns-popular-eclipse-230538908.html
  3. I am out of the mow contest. I am a good 3-5 days from mow 1 and I doubt I get even to 3 in April. But it is green and starting to grow. I have been watching the eclipse stuff.... yesterday the EC looked good per the MA board, but this AM the totality areas are not great on the GFS and Canadian (for East Ohio and PA). LSV actually breaks out on both but even that is questionable with this look. Some of these are high clouds though.
  4. MLB most talked about board teams off and running.
  5. 6 before Nooners...low of 31 but up to 33 right now.
  6. Not a fan of the Pens myself with apologies to our Pitt friends.
  7. Yep. Maybe they both turn it around but Caps have lost 5 straight as well. Wings falling too. Sabres only a game or two out no`.
  8. They did not deserve to win this one but that was the first game in a while where the refs were really bad in that 3rd period. Flyers (lost 6 in a row I think), caps and wings all looking weak. Cannot compete with the good teams right now.
  9. @Itstrainingtime flyers and caps both in reverse right now.
  10. HRRR going for 32 for much of the central and southern LSV the next 2 nights. Mon Am could be even colder especially wagons east. Spring flingers have one more weekend before they finally get to enjoy a Spring Fling after their mini fling early March. It is like a mid-winters evening here...snow falling on and off for hours now, temp's mod 30's and people bundled up like it is December.
  11. Nooners...mix of rain and snow falling and a very impressive mid-day April temp of just 36.
  12. This would have been all the better if Dubois had been the epicenter.
  13. Earthquake in NJ M 4.7 - 7 km NNE of Whitehouse Station, New Jersey (usgs.gov)
  14. Quite a bit of precip around this AM. Just had a mulch whitener with Mod snow and 36. 10th day with snow since March first. Punxsutawney probably wants his/her predict back.
  15. 34 and light frost again this AM. It has now snowed here 9 days out of the last 35. Would say we have some double-digit BN departure days on tap if I could trust MDT but I cannot.
  16. Snow falling in sheets here...like you would see when a snow shower is off in the distance and you can see the sheets falling. Some is evaporating as I can see it is coming down harder directly up the hill.
  17. True, but I did not see one report on here under 3.6". The differences were even more stark going in to yesterday. Nothing to do about it but it is a bit more serious of a discrepancy in my eyes.
  18. Graupel counts as snow from what I understand. Similar to sleet.
