    I remember a few storms that were modeled rain that snowed but extremely rare. Pd2 and late feb 2015( the west track storm) come to mind. Jan 2011 trafficgeddon too

    amazing how models never bust when there is warm in the long range...but totally the opposite when it starts sniffing a cold pattern. We are back to square 1

    i think one day we will look at 2018-2019 and say it was a good winter. We had one of our snowiest Januarys in a long time and there was multiple events. Feb sucked but Jan was great

    yea psu told me last year the 2 is like the default setting for the middle of winter
