Here's a more detailed breakdown: Record-Breaking Windiness: This March saw an unusually high number of wind advisories and days with strong gusts. Wind Advisories: The National Weather Service for the Philadelphia area issued 10 wind advisories, the most ever issued to date. 40 mph+ Gusts: Since January 1st, Philadelphia experienced 13 days with maximum gusts of 40 mph or higher, tying for the most such days ever recorded. Other Records: The windiness in March also tied the record for the most days with gusts of 30 mph or more since January 1st.

No injuries or fatalities...all in good fun. That peak wind was impressive, 95-105mph. Surprised there hasn't been more damage/fires from lightning because the last two events were light shows galore. Continuous strikes...

The reason they're letting him pitch is hopefully he gets some good starts in then use him for trade bait at the deadline.We all know he's going to fall apart at some point but hopefully it's on another team. Phils want to bring up Painter from AAA at some point.
