Philly? When Feb is all said and done for Feb? No offense, but none cares about Allentown. Philly will be below normal snowfall (for Feb, unless this thing pans out w/the next one) and temps...meh. Slightly below/above maybe?....still have the rest of the month. We really have had squat since our last 8-10 incher . Plenty of cold air but we pissed that away/struck out really bad.Not a bad winter but not a "A"...a solid winter though. Feb end result for Philly will be below avg snow in recent times and around average temps. That's the way I see it. Not a horrible winter but we are in bit of a rut right now.
