I understand all of that, I just think it's stupid how the gauge is set. 10 days in a row at a dry 90F is a 10-day heatwave. 10 days at a humid 89F is not a heat wave at all. Yeah, that makes sense...

I'll take 90F dry over 85F and humid any day of the week. The whole 90F thing is stupid....

Average Summers are too warm/hot. A +2 would be scorching...

Take pictures of the stones you want to do away with and post it on Craigslist under the "free" section. I think landscapers or people in general will scoop them up. Especially since we're about to entering Spring..

I haven't seen a snowplow truck actually "snowplowing" in forever. Just more salt time after time...my black car is now white. 34F/Sunny, feels like mid-40s, wearing just a t-shirt/flannel out and feel fine.

I haven't checked in on Bastardi in a long time. Sounds like he's up to his same old antics. Need a storm to start mid-late afternoon then get power hammered overnight and out of here by 7-9am... then gusty winds and maybe a heavy duty afternoon squall to end things...

We're at the last gasp of winter. For me, it's pretty much overnight storms or bust. Stuff isn't going to stick during the day unless super heavy rates. Overnight the ground is a little more forgiving. But damn, we had the cold weather this winter but not the moisture. Probably vice versa next year just to kick us in the balls once again.... 32F/Sunset

Yeah, snow only in shady spots w/some mounds still around. Shopping lots still have small to mid-size glaciers. I imagine we'll get one more BS small nuisance then that's all she wrote this year... 33F/Breezy

I'll definitely take a drought summer in return for a snowier winter but of course nothing's guaranteed. Good things about a drought summer, no lawn cutting. Basically yellow dried out hay that doesn't grow. If you own a garden you can just use a sprinkler but there's no way in hell I'm watering an entire lawn. Bad things about a drought summer, less/ no boomers/ severe weather which is always cool to have after a long hot humid day. I'm still rooting for a drought, my mind is made up. I'll take snow till it is impossible any longer then dry mode...
