  1. Wouldn’t be surprising to see any big warmup get muted like we’ve seen all winter
  2. Yeah neighborhood across the street on other side of 74 did most of the night last night . Just wasn’t lucky here on this one . Only so many chances to lose power and this one we didn’t take advantage of .
  3. Nice to meet you Philip Stylianos.. Mr Bob Dobstyllianos
  4. Certainly could be . Nobody knows quite yet how it’ll shake out
  5. Hammer has 40’s all next week with 2 rain chances . I think I’ll sell
  6. Starting to wonder if we’ve all seen our last snows in SNE
  7. I have never seen so much ice on everything. Bags of salt did nothing for driveway. Chunks of ice crashing off the trees . Today should be wild
  8. You and Scooter nailed that with the SE ticks . I always keep that in back of my mind on these. Doesn’t always work and last winter probably wouldn’t have . But I have learned over the years , when there’s deep snowpack to the north these very rarely warm sector very far north . If there had been bare ground to the Canadian border, this would have been much warmer outcome
  9. Really fun storm . I figured it would get to Wolcott and Bethany, but not Higganum lol. We had about half as much ice as you did . For anyone that has ice on your trees, you are going to have a loud and wild night and day ahead whenever the wind starts to rip. First hand experience
  10. Almost all of it fell at or below 32. It’s snowing now with fluffies falling covering the rink on street and driveway
  11. That’s phenomenal. It was pretty well modeled for that area as ground zero. I picked NW CT as ground zero. You knew the cold would win . It usually does in these
  12. Temp crept to 32 today at around 2:00 and stayed at 32.4 . At 6:50 it hit 32.9 for a few minutes and then dropped and now down to 31.1. The amount of ice on everything is obscene
