Damage In Tolland

From the age of 5 until 16.. every weekend in fall , winter , and spring was soccer and basketball games. All over the state , and well up into MA. Games, tournament’s you name it. And I wouldn’t change a thing. It was all so worth it . And the years go by in the blink of an eye. Now one a senior, one a sophomore about to get her license playing varsity together for the one and only year. And then when they’re at college.. You wonder what happened to the time and what you’re gonna do with no kids activities. And you reminisce

Any skating?

Scoots and Dendy just let it turn into a jungle and then wonder why the kids and chickens can’t see out the windows as the shrubs overtake the house.

Use hand held shears . Not electric ones . You can sculpt much better

Most folks do. You have to keep up with them . Otherwise they just sprout everywhere

I prune all the shrubs weekly from June into Octorcher. Nothing worse than seeing shrubs all straggly and overgrown

Just get us the screamer and then snow to track after. This pattern the last week and next absolutely blows

This is by far the latest since I’ve lived here. I don’t consider an hour at 32 a freeze

The peppers survived . All the geraniums still growing and flowering . Lowest was 32.0 Thursday

NW CT down to Avon got hit hard in that one with lots of damage. This area we had a little icing near 1k, but wasn’t a huge issue

Yup. I’ll take the elevation help with snow events . Frost and freezes are great , but the colder day time highs I prefer as well
