  1. It would be for maximum amounts.. again assuming it even happens
  2. There is no cold source Saturday. There’s no cold High to the north so you’re relying on cold air to rush in and dynamics . That all favors elevations . Assuming it even is cold enough for snow there
  3. Just like tomorrow it would favor elevations for Maximum amounts which is what we mentioned
  4. We TTTE yesterday a farther east trend would mean pulling snow east
  5. The angle is early /mid September now. I got sunburn Sunday at soccer tourney . Noyes mentioned it on air today
  6. That’s all I’m saying. 31-32 vs 34-35. Makes a difference with September sun
  7. Not at all. It’s not always about you and your area. I happen to think the highest totals will be in the hills. Whether that’s W CT or ORH or NW RI
  8. It will accumulate everywhere. But it’s Morch with high sun angle and falling during the day. The highest and coldest spots will just get the most. That’s all. Not a huge deal but it will make a difference
  9. Elevation is going to be vital n this . Max amounts will be in terrain
  10. This might be this areas “Jack” event. We generally do well with these types of events both early and late season. Looking forward to it
  11. Yes this. I’m not saying Nov is colder than Morch. But snow will last longer in Nov given equal air masses
  12. Do not agree . How many snow events are followed by a few days of cool to cold wx. Otherwise we wouldn’t have white Tgivings. Even a day in low 40’s in Nov it would last longer than Morch with low 40’s
  13. November sun angle is low. We are now at early Sept sun angle . Torched. Look at the Oct snow. That stuff lasted a week OTG. Mic dropped
  14. There’s quite a few here that prefer Morch snow over the Nov/ Dec period where it lasts OTG
  15. This is the definition of a Morch stat pad event … couldn’t be drawn up better. Snows all day , accumulates and is completely torched away by 2:00 PM the following day. Anyone that prefers these in spring over a Nov or December event is just nuts.
  16. Saturday continues trending east and colder . EPS is east as well. Rain to snow or snow
  17. That’s not even the whole run . The one thing to take away is this event on everything is a pike south event
  18. One of these ain’t like the other. Come south young man . Come south .
  19. There’s a 2 hour window 11-1:00 AM gusts to 60 that most folks have no idea is coming
