  1. Probably end up 6.5 or so. Maybe 7”, but that is a stretch .Still another few hours .
  2. These storms always do that. They usually end quickly in far western New England, but they tend to love to pivot back moderate to heavy bands as they mature and pull away. So it ends up snowing hours longer than thought . From about 91 east
  3. Yeah TOL county has been sitting under that band the last few hours
  4. Take a video . I love that sound. I’ve got a couple pines too but it’s been so windy it’s blown a lot off
  5. Since it’s a New England thread and we are in the midst of a snowstorm, it’s a good bet all of us are well north of NYC
  6. This thread died quickly unfortunately. The future looks meh
  7. The winds are absolutely roaring. Several gusts into the 40’s and S+. Temp is 32.0
  8. Are you on Uconn campus? You’ve got good elevation there. You’re good for at least 6”
  9. Started too late though for huge amounts. The 14-18” is ORH area
  10. Near white out . Wind howling. So I’m not sure trees are catching all of it
  11. We went back and forth all morning. Had sleet for an hour .Finally pounding for good now. Have a lot of ground to make up
  12. So that’s the threshold with this one then. The 2” mark is when snapping starts
