People think I'm nuts for how cold I keep it, but nothing keeps me from sleeping well like heat. So this summer I decided to finally splurge. I have normal central a/c but I also got one of those nice Mitsubishi room air-conditioning units for my bedroom. I have it on a timer so it's a perfect 61 degrees the minute I open my door. I have never slept so well in years.
