  1. Just got back from shoveling and measured a little over 8 inches! And it’s still coming down at a good clip. Love this!!
  2. 24/22 here. Heavy. Moisture still looks good. Going to be pissed if this changes over
  3. Coming down in sheets here! Will go measure soon while I’m shoveling.
  4. Can’t decide if I’d rather dry slot or changeover to sleet/ZR
  5. Heard reports of 4in out of Greenville. Happy for you guys!
  6. Fat flakes here now. Heavy rates! Nothing beats the silence outside during these storms. Absolute peace.
  7. HRRR keeps things going with minimal icing, winding down around 5-6PM: (additional snow below)
  8. Beautiful! Heavy rates here. Going to measure in a few but eyeing it I’d say about 3in so far.
  9. Nothing on radar, but a steady light snow here. YESSSS. LFG. Edit: probably one step below light. But still been flying.
  10. The bursts of precip over Henderson right now are interesting. Light snow here.
  11. Might just weenie-out stick with the GFS which has been the most consistent since Monday. I'll probably get burned, but it's fun!
  12. Here's to hoping everyone chills a bit! Take the dread to the main thread. Still a fascinating storm to watch unfold the last week! This is what it's all about! Most of us haven't seen over an inch this season so far.
  13. Light snow falling here now. Brightened up quite a bit! Damn this is fun. Sitting at 35/26.
  14. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches are expected across the mountain valleys and extreme northeast Georgia, with 8 to 12 inches along and near the Blue Ridge Escarpment, and 12 to 20 inches at elevations above 4000 feet. Ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch are also possible. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. They lowered things a big, but still a good storm! Hang in there y'all
