I'll take that southern swing on the 18Z GFS all day. More room to move NW.

We've seen the last minute rug pulled out from us MANY times. Honestly, just enjoying having something to track within 4 days at the moment.

Canadian stretch as well. All good signs IMO. VA to NM. Coming in REAL ICY though. More north - more precip but warmer.

Even with getting 5-10in of snow - seeing it fall throughout the day would be the real winner for me here! LOL!

Precip looks to wrap up around Sunday morning at 1AM or so. This is a run I'd like to see make the jog NW. That AVL snow hole is always a good sign that this might be a legit storm. Never fails

SREF Plumes are at 1.28 MEAN for KAVL ... I'd take half of that?

If we could get this thing to shift northwest about 50-75 miles we’d be golden here for at least a low impact event. I’d take an inch of snow on the ground at this point! Starved down here LOL! .

17 here and a decent light snow shower just started. Not much on the ground but always nice to see some flakes. Update: Looks like a nice little streamer is setting up over me. Let's see what we can squeak out!
