    Saw at least 5”/hr in that Nov 2014 LES in Buffalo area. It’s unreal. .

    Elevation plays a huge role. I’m assuming your around 800 feet. Even the hills of Lancaster County were only reading 87. Soon as I dropped 500 feet it was 5F higher. .
