    Winds more WSW today verses previous days that were SSW. With that WSW we maximize downsloping in Lanco and temperatures are soaring. .

    I swear, Harrisburg is the mayfly capital of the world. I remember as a teenager working at Giant Foods on Linglestown Road having to clean them off the grocery carts in the morning.

    100% agree. Part of problem is the hype media clinging to the most extreme model solution and using that to scare folks. I’m at my son’s game. It’s in upper 80s but my skin ain’t melting. .

    This “over the top” heat is becoming a new normal. .

    Ain’t much of a heatwave so far. I am doubting near 100F temps some have posted. However, I more impressed with how high our low temps are….time that’s the real sign of warmth.
