Yesterday was probably the nicest day of the summer, which isn't saying much given the endless days of clouds / drizzzle / rain most other times.

Sounds glorious!  We’ve been there almost every weekend this summer hosting friends/family.  Back this weekend and of course unsettled on Saturday/Sunday after sunny during the week.  This past Saturday actually turned out nice after overcast/showers in the morning.

It’s gotten noticeably more humid the last few summers. We have our AC running most times we’re there now in the summer. We used to rarely use it. Next year is our 10th year having our house there, which seems crazy! Feels like it was just yesterday.

That warned storm in NVA is heading right this way. This has been the best stretch of storms I can remember. 

77/74, I’m over this. A 65 DP will feel like fall at this point.

Yep, I think you’re right…I still kick myself for not getting tickets to the derby when it was here.

Cal Raleigh was damn impressive in the HR derby tonight.  Neat that his dad was his pitcher and his younger bro was the catcher.

This is insane. Wind driven torrential rain and lots of T&L.

I got season tickets for the upcoming season so I’m hoping they are.  And it’ll be bittersweet seeing his last game (although he hasn’t’ officially said this is his last year).

Wow that warned storm was a doozy here.  Still raining.  1.2” in basically 30 minutes.

I’m ready for NFL and NHL seasons to start.
