The 15 minutes of snow near Fort Howard/ North Point State Park sounded like this.

Temp dropped from 37 to 34.

Low of 13.  Had a patch of open, moving water,  this morning.

15 minutes later, it was frozen over. 

Ice eaters aren't keeping up.

Part one worked out well here- I was thinking 5-6 and I ended up a bit over 5. Yesterday afternoon/evening was a complete whiff, and even my updated forecast at 330 pm was still calling for 2-4", but not a flake fell. 

We had a 20 minute part 2 around 4pm. And that burst probably added .25"

The dense fog hasn't lifted at all. The Cargo ships/Tankers entering/leaving the Port of Baltimore are constantly blowing their fog horn warnings.

I guess the sun will come out tomorrow...

Yeah it was. Had to clean off my car a second time in the Grocery store parking lot.  It was sleeting when I got there and shocking to see how hard it was snowing when I was checking out.  

Starting to change over to sleet.
