All joking aside, this is the heaviest sustained rain I’ve ever witnessed here. I’m sure it’s a complete shit show on the roads and in backyards around here. Incredible display of power by Mother Nature. .

Getting into the heavy heavy stuff now, some lightning and a random rumble of thunder. It's strange and pleasant to experience tropical remnants with such a refreshingly cool breeze. Should be outta here in an hour or two and then on to delightfully enjoyable early Autumn weather.

Unvaxxed are more likely to have more severe effects if they contract as opposed to vaxxed as well as being more likely to spread new variants thus prolonging the pandemic. Risk reduction based on latest science. I’d rather be booster ready than not if needed. .

Yes. We are cheering on our vaxx choice 100%. We are praying for our Pfizer brothers and sisters though. Unvaccinated not so much .

Yes I’ve seen reports on this. Kind of a shoulder shrug though for now. If Moderna reports the same then it’s a major concern, haven’t seen anything though yet .

I’m aware of the reported spread via the vaxxed. I haven’t seen any data on spread by Pharma vaxx type yet, have you? You sound like you know something the rest of us don’t. .

We can also keep ****ing around and be talking about this for the next 20 years as a national issue. Mask mandate, vaxx mandate needs to happen. .

Same people that masked and vaxxed originally during the outbreak will have to do it again and hope that those who chose to do neither the first time will reconsider. Then we pray for science to deliver yet again and try not to hate those who refuse. .

To be direct, if you consider yourself a patriot and love this country, you should be moved to get vaxxed. Unfortunately, many people are not able to grasp that the act is about saving others, not just themselves. We pay heavy costs for this mindset. It really is a shame.

Hopefully employer mandates will become more of a thing moving forward. It will take some courage but anyway we can get more people vaxxed the better. Really do not understand the reticence from those who are unwilling, there just aren't any sound arguments left at this point.
