  1. Tuesday torch. Maybe some fun in of week, but latitude may matter.
  2. And like the HRRR, we always assimilated with new current conditions to help guide our changing model solution.
  3. You and Tblizz watching the games?
  4. Yeah I was saying to Will a few days ago that we really haven’t had a lot of events. We actually have had the QPF, but we are missing the small events that add up and boost the pack. It’s been a weird season. That looks to change next week and beyond. Could be a fun few weeks.
  5. I can’t find info, but sneaky spot towards Plymouth county too because of the 4-6” OES fluffer earlier in January. I have 51” I think or close to it, they might be near mid 50s.
  6. The HRRR looks brutal later Thursday night with the cold tucking down the Champlain valley. Wow. Might be one of those deals where it takes time to get over the spine.
  7. We discuss dews, HHH, and Ray's all back jean shorts he wears.
  8. Will be typical 50-60 stuff I think.
  9. Yeah saw EPS is cooler. Sell the op.
  10. Euro with Pina Coladas first half of next week.
  11. There is definitely a robust signal for an environment in the upper level favorable for convection from maritime continent to dateline. Looks to propagate east, but not sure how close to the dateline. That definitely matters in determining a more dateline ridge, or something closer to the PNA domain.
  12. Yeah that month was kind of meh here. The Bruce Willis storm was annoying haha.
  13. That month had two 3-4” events here with some smaller ones. That was a south coast month. But, the event that launched Logan to #1 was a classic positive bust. I remember that one well, because I was briefing someone at Logan airport about it and said if this inverted trough comes west by even 5 or 10 miles then we could break the record and have several inches of snow on our hands. Well we know what happened LOL.
  14. Epic bust for Maine too. That was supposed to bury Portland area. It did give coastal York county nearly 20” but shafted off to the north.
  15. Another nice wintry day. This is a brackish inlet just at the end of my street.
  16. EPS went nuts in the 11-15 day. That is cold and hopefully stormy.
  17. Yeah for sure. I'd take this in heartbeat over those. Coverage is usually better in any direction from here lol. Just an exposed spot.
  18. Despite all that, I still don't feel that excitement. It seemed too easy to lose the snow. At least here. The actual snow storms themselves were great.
