I love the contrast in lighting. All bright and in the snow for Rocky. Meanwhile Drago’s training is a nice metaphor on our stance with Russia back then. All dark….red shady background lighting….classic.

They are warm in the deep south typically. Usually Ninos are cooler across the south.

It's definitely been the "sexy" topic to discuss since it's received more attn than it should and the weather community was quick to blame GOAK SSTs on certain phenomenon. Even as scientists, we seem to be too trigger happy on putting an easy blame on something.

Imagine going to a pool party in the summer. It's 95/75. Everyone wearing shorts and flip flops, laughing..flipping bottle caps..maybe even some wardrobe malfunctions...just some good ole summertime fun. Then Joe shittheragman comes in wearing boat shoes, lee dungarees, and his under armour polo. WTF.
